Set within Rose Apple Square, a mixed-use complex in Siem Reap that combines residences, a co-working hub, and now the new headquarters of Urban Living Solutions (ULS), the design reflects the innovative spirit of its client. Exposed concrete and sage green accents form the architectural backdrop, while birch plywood adds warmth and visual rhythm throughout. Nearly every element, from the shelving systems to the workstations, is custom-designed and modular, allowing the space to adapt and evolve with the team’s changing needs. The layout alternates open workstations with enclosed offices, supported by shared lounges and informal collaborative areas. This mix encourages both focused work and casual exchange. Natural light, raw materials, and tailored detailing create a space that feels purposeful and flexible, aligned with ULS’s dynamic culture and The Room’s commitment to responsive, human-scale design.
